All Prometheus Astro products are covered by a 2-year standard EU warranty, in full compliance with European consumer protection laws. Should your equipment ever require maintenance or repair, our technical team will diagnose, service, and test it locally before returning it to you — so your mount or accessory spends less time in transit and more time under the stars.
Our support process is simple and transparent:
- Submit a service request through our Support Form.
- We will review your case and provide a return authorization.
- You’ll ship the product to our Greek service center for fast, EU-insured handling.
